Anusha’s enthusiasm, eye for detail, and years of experience combined with her strong work ethic allow her to navigate the dynamic world of real estate with ease. Before joining Red Rover, she got to know every aspect of the real estate industry from the ground up, starting as a receptionist, working in deal processing, and then eventually managing an office for one of the biggest brokerages in Canada. When you leave your work in Anusha’s hands, you can be sure that everything will be taken care of.


Athena brings 6 years of real estate experience preparing legal documentation, assembling reports, and maintaining the utmost confidentiality. Her administrative expertise derive from the various roles she has been exposed to in the real estate industry. She has worked for real estate brokerages, independent executives, teams and builders. She continues to translate her knowledge into new assignments and ensures her clients obtain the most success with her results.


Aubrey joins Red Rover with more than 12 years of experience as a real estate administrator. She brings her organizational skills and work ethic to every interaction. “I enjoy taking care of the details, so agents can concentrate on growing their business.”


Caterina was hired in 2014 as a Receptionist for RE/MAX Hallmark. After a couple of years, she moved up to head office and is currently the Deal Administrator for the Incorporated Department, handling over 25 incorporated teams. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English and is presently taking Marketing courses to complete her certification.


Erin is currently working towards getting her real estate license. Erin’s background in science-psychology, restaurant and the law industries make her the ideal person to assist in the business of Red Rover. Erin understands people and loves getting to know them to meet their needs. Born and raised in Toronto, she can find the nook or cranny which best suits the real estate professionals which she is proud to service – and their clients.


Eva Buffone is half Italian, half Indian and was born in Malaysia. She moved to Ottawa at the age of 7 and hasn’t left the Nation’s Capital ever since!  Eva has over 13 years of customer service experience,  with 5+ years of experience in Real Estate. Eva started her Real Estate career as a Full-Time Front Desk Support Staff at one of Ottawa’s busiest offices, this is where Eva was able to learn the backend of Real Estate. Eva then moved on to working as an Administrative Assistant to a high volume Real Estate Agent, where she was able to expand her Real Estate knowledge. Buying or selling a home is complex, sophisticated, and often a deeply personal endeavor. Clients deserve the full service and attention that only a Real Estate expert can provide. Drawing from her knowledge, experience, and skills, Eva will go above and beyond for you and your clients, she is dedicated to providing you the best Real Estate services. 


Happily married, retired dog lover who likes to stay busy. She enjoys going for bike rides, the outdoors and is a foodie. If she can be described in one word, it would be her name “Joy”.


I’ve been in real estate for over 8 years. I began my career first in law, then made the transition to real estate as a listing coordinator while in school. I started out gradually and then proceeded to make my way to front desk manager. I know the ins and outs of real estate and my legal background allows me to know the legal aspects of it too, so I’m extra careful and detail oriented when preparing all paperwork. I care about the lasting impression I leave on agents and always want to make sure they are happy, stress free and impressed!


Kathryn Eve has been working as part of Red Rover’s administrative team for over 4 years working in a non-licensed capacity. As a published author and freelance writer, Kathryn has extensive experience working with clients in an editorial and creative writing capacity for communication and biographical materials.


Michelle joins us with over 5 years of real estate experience from reception to administration. She started out part time at the front desk and worked her way up. Michelle loves helping people! She has over 10 years in customer service and management, has excellent interpersonal skills and enjoys problem solving! She is resourceful, adaptable, and likes to take initiative.


Nicola brings over 25 years of administrative experience, with over 15 of those years spent in real estate.  She has not only worked in a Brokerage, as a mortgage administration and in real estate law. Nicola has created long lasting relationships with employers and co-workers due to her knowledge, work ethic, loyalty, and dedication to her job. She has been known as the “go to person” for questions and information.


Rajni brings over ten years experience in a real estate supportive role. She is passionate and makes it her priority to ease the administrative process for real estate agents so they can better focus on the transaction at hand. Rajni is open and willing to learn new and challenging skills. Her experience as a real estate law clerk has strengthened her keen eye for detail as she strives to perfect each given task at hand.
