Aubrey joins red rover with more than 12 years of experience as a real estate administrator. She brings her organizational skills and work ethic to every interaction. “I enjoy taking care of the details, so agents can concentrate on growing their business.”
When not at work, Aubrey can be found organizing and participating in long-distance runs to benefit refugees.
Cara brings over 7 years of real estate experience from reception and administration to being an office supervisor and a part of a team. She enjoys helping people and problem solving and has experience with a variety of different real estate programs. In her spare time, Cara enjoys cooking, playing on sports leagues and spending time with her dog.
Nicola brings 25+ years of administrative experience, with over 15 of those years spent in real estate, not only in a Brokerage but also mortgage administration and real estate law. Nicola is thrilled to join Red Rover.
Nicola has created long lasting relationships with employers and co-workers due to her knowledge, work ethic, loyalty and dedication to her job. She has been known to be the “go to person” for questions and information. “My favourite thing is helping people”.
Outside of work, Nicola enjoys spending time with her 2 daughters, travelling south and creating memories.
Tara started her career in real estate in 2015 working as a front desk receptionist. Since then, she has worked in various roles in the field (such as recruitment manager, executive assistant) and has gained experience in some other areas which has helped her understand things from different angles while working with some of the top producers in the industry.
Tara is extremely social. When not found in the office, she is out and about making new friends and expanding her social circle.
Erin’s background in science-psychology and work in the restaurant and law industries make her the ideal person to assist in the psychology, law and business of Red Rover. Erin understands people and loves getting to know them and meet their needs. Born and bred in Toronto, she can find the nook or cranny which best suits the real estate professionals which she is proud to service – and their clients.
For the love of Real Estate! Being an Office Administrator for 20 years, thinking retirement was my next path in life didn’t suffice. I have a passion for people and the industry. My goals have always been to meet and exceed the needs for Realtors and maintaining smooth office operations. When not in the office chair Susan enjoys cooking, baking, crafting, nature but most of all her family. Married for 39 years and three grown daughters makes life a picture of bliss. Live, Love and most of all Laugh!
Michelle joins us with 5 years of real estate experience from reception to administration. She started out part time at the front desk and worked her way up. Michelle loves helping people! She has over 10 years in customer service and management. She has excellent interpersonal skills. She enjoys problem solving!
She is resourceful, adaptable, and likes to take initiative.
In her spare time, Michelle is a part of a Charity and has a love for baking!
